Team Withdrawal Policy:

In the event teams decide to withdraw from the Tournament, our policy is as follows with regard to refunds:

Team Withdrawal Refund Policy

100% Refund if Withdrawal is done by written communication 28 Days prior to event!

50% Refund if Withdrawal is done by written communication 14 Days Prior to event!

25% Refund is Withdrawal is done by written communications 8 Days Prior to event!

NO REFUNDS WILL BE DONE FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 7 DAYS OF EVENT.
